Gee’s is a Mediterranean independent, bustling, neighbourhood restaurant serving lunch and dinner every day.  We are looking for someone to join our professional team.

The ideal candidate will thrive on giving guests a memorable experience, be passionate about food, spirits, wine, and cocktails, and be able to work under pressure. Applicants should also have experience within a similar busy restaurant.

We offer a sensible shift pattern, excellent rate of pay (up to £10.50 per hour) and gratuities across a 40-hour working week (Monday to Sunday rota with two days off). Benefits include uniform, meals on duty and staff discounts within our restaurants across the city.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
at Mogford Limited

Mogford Limited is an independent, family owned company with two award winning five star hotels; Old Bank Hotel and Old Parsonage Hotel in central Oxford. Along with three restaurants; Gee’s, Quod and the Parsonage Grill.

Key duties for this role include accounts payable/receivable, reconciling control accounts, processing invoices for payment, chase missing invoices/receipts, set-up weekly/monthly pay runs, investigating discrepancies, month end preparation, and processing payroll. Key requirements include, qualified by AAT or similar is beneficial, payroll experience, and IT literacy with good Excel skills.

Salary: £35,000 per annum on a 35 hour week, 9 – 5pm with one-hour lunch break.

Quod is an independent, bustling, city centre restaurant, bar & terrace with over 250 seats. Located on Oxford’s famous High Street. We are looking for someone to join the kitchen team run by Rohan Kashid, Head Chef.

Typical duties include following recipe and presentation specifications, maintaining prep levels appropriate to service, and ensuring all deliveries are put away as soon as it arrives.

You will be offered £19,500 – £23,000 per annum working 45 hour working week across 6 shifts (Monday to Sunday). Part-time working over three shifts per week would be considered. Eligibility to work within the UK must be proven and two references should be available on request. Live in is unfortunately not available.

A vacancy has arisen for a charming and proactive Head Receptionist at the Old Parsonage Hotel.

Key attributes for the role include; a guest-centric outlook, previous reception and training experience working in a luxury front office team, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, be fluent verbal and written English and have strong IT literacy.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum two years experience in a receptionist position. Knowledge of the hospitality industry would be preferred.

You will receive an annual salary of £22,000 over 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday rota). Benefits include meals on duty and staff discounts within our restaurants.
